Add notes for each job with information such as collecting keys, which tools are needed etc.

We also send a courtesy message to your clients to remind them of their appointment.

QUOTES

You've made the appointment, visited the customer and now they need the quote. JobsDun allows you to produce a Customised Quote that is easy to create and will be sure to impress your Client.

Once you've finished with your Client, you can head back to the car or wherever you want and email the quote. JobsDun enables you to build a professional quotation quickly, materials can be easily added and JobsDun will even calculate the tax for you.

You can also manage which quotes are outstanding and which ones need to be followed up.

INVOICING

Don't let payments slip by or Invoices go unsent, JobsDun allows you to get your invoices to your customers as soon as the work has been completed.

You can also export all of your invoicing straight across to Xero and MYOB, so there's no need to manually enter data from one system to another.

PAYMENTS

JobsDun allows you to take payments onsite or over the phone through Stripe.

JobsDun work directly with Stripe. Stripe are a payment gateway provider allowing businesses to accept Credit Card payments. Your money is then deposited directly into your account.

To process payments from within JobsDun you will need an Stripe account, head directly to the Stripe Website to create yours. Once you have your account number go to Settings in JobsDun and place your number into the Account # Box and then you're ready to go.

You can also use the Stripe interface to handle all your Credit Card transactions, not just the ones you create in JobsDun.
